About This Site

I recently retired my induction heater website and decided to go full bore into my hobbies.

Ham Radio

Blacksmithing

Metalworking & more

I began my journey into ham radio in 1965

Originally licensed as WN9LKQ

I got started with the help of my Chemistry teacher at Pulaski high school, located in Milwaukee WI.

I never went further at this point in my life, but my interest was rekindled by my 2nd Elmer, WA9AWJ, now a SK, Thanks Art. With his help and encouragement I rejoined the hobby in 1972ish as WB9HCO, currently Advanced class.,

News Flash! As of 10 AM January 27, 2018 I have upgraded to Extra Class. Thanks to WB9IXS for the encouragement.

I recently changed my call sign from WB9HCO to W9PCS
